Maybe not right away, but I will. I need to work out and loose weight.
My BP has been high (and I need to start taking it again and calculating it again) and so has my cholesteral. But the past two times they did a blood panel on me they weren’t while fasting… so this time I did them fasting. Yea. Still high.
When I was with my doctor a couple of weeks ago she wasn’t worried about the previous results, but now I’m not so sure. It all leads to one thing:
I NEED to loose weight. There aren’t any other options other than going on a bunch of drugs, which I don’t want to do. At least not when it can be solved by loosing weight.
So… yea. Now how do I do that. I tried the gym thing. That so did not work for me. So I guess it’s a matter of going OUT and walking or jogging or whatever it is that I need to do but on a VERY consistant if not DAILY basis.
Books on tape? Maybe? But are they actually ON tape? Or on CD? Or can I put them on my iPod? Maybe that would inspire me to walk? Or maybe I’ll just stay in bed and listen to them instead of using my eyes and brain to read?
Well. At least it won’t be an excuse to not walk. So I might actually get my butt out of the house. Maybe I’ll take the baby for a walk when it’s cool outside during the day (like lately, if not nope!).
Unfortunately I have no idea where my iPod is. What does this mean? Look for it… you might believe. Nope. Okay, I did look for it… but I couldn’t find it so instead I’m going to go ahead and buy a NEW one! Woo!
So the question becomes… WHICH COLOR?
