All done.

Recycled (got a bit over $8 for JJ) and went to the dentist. Nothing expectacular.

JJ possible in the horizon!

Nooooooooooooooooooo!

June 30, 2006

We lost.

Stupid Germany (even if I’m 1/4 German). Stupid. Stupid. Don’t like them whatsoever. It was the referee’s fault. He had it in for Argentina.

I’m going to go recycle and then to the dentist.

La de da.

June 29, 2006

So… I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it…

Over the past couple of months I’ve been talking to this guy… Jose. He’s sweet. We’ve talked on the phone a couple of times.

It’s different than it was with Aaron. It’s not… “OMG I want to meet you this very moment” type of thing that it was with him.

It’s more… I’m enjoying to get to know you. We might talk on the phone this afternoon after my class/session thing.

Sometimes I feel like… I’m not ready. But other times… I think I’m not ready to be needed as much as Aaron needed me… or wanted me around.

I need someone who understands that I need me time, too. That I don’t have to feel guilty for not being with them all the time. I want someone who knows I am a homebody. That I enjoy being with family. Etc.

Maybe this will be the one.

June 29, 2006

I had a dream about Aaron last night.

He had moved to a new house closer to me (when in reality he’s moving back to his mother’s, which is further away) and I had gone to watch him. It started with me being with my dad… and then it was just me. Somehow I spent the day with him… but he was living with another girl but he said they weren’t seeing each other. We kissed (Aaron and I, not the girl – lol) and then… I don’t know I left (although somehow my car got washed in the meantime). I apologized to the girl cause they were dating…

I don’t know where it all came from. But I hate having dreams like that. I can normally not think about him… about any of it… but when I have dreams like that – I wake up and it’s all I can think about.

Didn’t go to well.

June 28, 2006

Nikki woke up… I didn’t get much studying done.

Tomorrow I have a class to go to at CSUN from 3:30 to 5pm. So I have until 3 to study. That’ll be fine. On Friday I have a dentist appointment. That’s it, though. So I’ll have time to study then as well. I need to find more time to do this.

Watching The Man in the Iron Mask right now. I like this movie. I just realized that Hugh Laurie (from House) is on it. He’s cute.

It’s still incredibly hot.

I bought Jamba Juice for mommy and me. Had 2 peaches. Haven’t eaten anything else. I don’t think. Oh, ice cream that I bought yesterday.

Alright. Now we’re waiting for David.

Haven’t.

June 28, 2006

I haven’t studied for the cset yet today… I went to class, uploaded the stuff, turned it in… and when I came home I was exhausted! I took a 2-3 hour nap.

Nikki is currently sleeping. Dunno what we’ll do tonight (mom stays with us tonight).

So I’ll study in the meantime.

(BTW: IT’S HOT!)

Edited, printed, done!

June 28, 2006

So I got the stories edited (somewhat) and printed and e-mailed so I can turn them in today.

It is extremely hot. Humid. Sticky. Ugg! This is SoCal not Florida! Let the humidity stay there! I don’t want it here.

I didn’t get a chance to study for the CSET yesterday. I spent it working on the other papers.

I have an idea for my next opinion though – SMOKING! The Surgeon General just announced how bad second hand smoke is – so I can do a piece about that – a positive one for a change. We’ll see if she gives me something else to do as well.

For now… I have an hour left… I’m going to lay down and try to keep cool until I have to leave (or mom turns the AC on). After class I’ll study!

Two done.

June 27, 2006

I finished both articles. One needs some trimming. I’m going to work on a couple of opinions over the weekend, too.

Umm. Nothing else to report. I have to pee and brush my teeth.

It’s hot!

June 27, 2006

Why is it soooo hot?

It just is! Ack!

I have the interview at 1pm. It’s 11am now. What should I do?

Should I start on writing the article. The opinion piece? Should I study for the CSET?

First, though, I will take a shower!

Argentina!

June 26, 2006

I am officially an Argentinean citizen.

Went to the consulate today and got my citizenship! Woo!

I won’t get my DNI (like an ID number, but it’s national – not by state like in the U.S.). And after that I can get my Argentinean passport!

I’m super excited! :)

Now, though, I have got to write 2 articles. Since my editor didn’t send me another – I’ll try to do another opinion piece in addition to the orange grove one.
